Wezy Customer Voting for Jira Service Management: Provider-Specific Terms

Version dated 3 October 2026.

Provider and agreement

Wezy is operated by LooksPretty. Support and data protection requests: wesy@wezy.app.

These Provider-Specific Terms supplement the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement v1 for Wezy Customer Voting for Jira Service Management Cloud. The customer's order identifies the purchased subscription and edition.

Product scope

Wezy supports company-managed Jira Service Management Cloud projects. Signed-in customers can vote on enrolled, open requests they can already access and withdraw their votes. Optional organization attribution is subject to eligibility. Request enrollment does not change Jira sharing or grant additional access.

Standard provides customer voting, organization demand, a fixed demand score, project dashboards, common Jira fields, current CSV exports and available short-term trends. Advanced adds organization segments and weights, configurable scoring, ranking previews, available historical comparisons and analytical exports. Availability follows the purchased edition and the published Marketplace offer. An administrator explicitly activates an Advanced scoring formula; purchasing an upgrade alone does not change the active formula.

Votes and scores inform prioritization. They do not commit the customer's team to implement a request. The app does not promise unlimited operational capacity or historical data that was never collected or has been deleted.

Documentation, subscriptions and support

The English guide is the primary product documentation. A French guide is also available. The app defaults to English and supports French through the Atlassian account locale. Customer-created Jira names and request content remain as entered in Jira.

Ordering, subscription billing and prices follow the Marketplace order and applicable Atlassian terms. These Provider-Specific Terms do not set separate prices or override the purchased edition.

Both editions use wesy@wezy.app and Wezy support. No additional contractual SLA is provided by these terms. The warranties and remedies of the base agreement continue to apply.

Customer administration and data

Customers administer their projects, request sharing, accounts and organizations. They must review the content and existing access of a request before enrolling it and protect downloaded exports. Do not provide passwords, API tokens or complete customer exports through support channels.

The JSM privacy notice describes app processing. Voting records, configuration, derived state and analytical history use the installation's Atlassian Forge environment. Daily analytical snapshots are retained for 90 days in Standard and up to 365 days in Advanced, subject to available coverage and the documented recovery period following a downgrade. Compaction of raw events is distinct from personal-data erasure. Downloads remain under the recipient's control. Uninstallation and hosted-data availability follow the applicable Forge lifecycle.

The accompanying Wezy JSM Data Processing Addendum governs processing of customer personal data on the customer's behalf. It takes precedence for its data-protection subject matter. The Atlassian Forge DPA governs the separate relationship between Wezy and Atlassian; it does not replace the customer agreement with Wezy.

Governing law and language

For Section 19.2 of the base agreement, the Governing Law is the law of France and the Courts are the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory applicable law.

English is the controlling language of these Provider-Specific Terms. A French translation is provided for information. Mandatory protections and applicable legal requirements remain unaffected.
