Voting in your JSM portal
Demand by organization
Scores and Jira fields
FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
A vote in the portal they already use.
An agent opens a request for voting. Customers who can already access it express their interest, withdraw their vote or represent an eligible organization.
- One active vote per customer, per request.
- Existing JSM sharing and permissions apply.
- Your team chooses which requests accept votes.
FOR YOUR TEAM
See both the votes and the organizations behind them.
Several people from the same organization can support a request. Wezy shows both signals so your team can compare customer needs.
Review votes, represented organizations, recent votes and demand scores in the dashboard. Use the metrics in Jira fields and CSV exports too.
- Customer A → Organization A
One active vote Organization A is represented.
- Customer B → Organization A
A second active vote The same organization counts once.
- Customer C → No attribution
A third active vote No additional organization.

Changing attribution does not add a vote.

Your first vote in three steps.
Configure your project
An administrator chooses allowed request types and statuses, enables voting and saves the rules.
Open a request for voting
An agent checks its content and JSM sharing, then enrolls it. Authorized customers can vote from the portal.
Compare customer demand
Your team reviews the dashboard and uses this signal alongside impact, effort and team constraints.

Before you install Wezy
Which projects are supported?
Wezy supports Jira Service Management Cloud, company-managed projects. Team-managed projects, Data Center, Atlassian Government Cloud and Isolated Cloud are outside this scope.
Do customers need to sign in?
Yes. Voting takes place in the JSM portal using a customer account with access to the request. Wezy does not provide anonymous voting or an independent public request catalogue.
Does every request become open for voting?
An administrator defines project rules. An agent then reviews each request’s content and JSM sharing before enrolling it for voting.
Do I need Advanced to get started?
Standard includes voting, organization demand, the dashboard and a fixed demand score. Advanced adds organization segments and weights, a configurable formula and further analysis.
How can I get help with my first vote?
The guide walks administrators, agents and customers through each step. Contact Wezy support if you get stuck during configuration or installation.
