Administrators configure voting, agents enroll requests and authorized signed-in customers vote in the existing JSM portal. Standard uses a fixed demand score; Advanced adds configurable scoring, organization segments and weights, and covered historical comparisons. Marketplace publication is in preparation; no public listing, pricing or unlimited capacity is announced here.
